Steps 4 & 5 - Getting to Know Wallmark Homes

Step 4:
Pre Construction Meeting
Reviewing your "Wish List" and home design plans with the project manager during this Pre Construction meeting will allow you the opportunity to address any questions or concerns, discuss new ideas and make minor revisions before construction begins. You will also be provided with an easy to follow, detailed Homeowner's Manual which is designed to answer questions you may have throughout the different stages of construction.

Step 5:
Design Stages
Wallmark Homes, partnered with West Coast Design Studio, provides you with complimentary, full-service interior design assistance conveniently located within our In-House Design Studio. Your personal designer will work closely with you to ensure that your unique style is tastefully reflected in the colors, textures, finishes, décor and furnishings throughout your custom home.
