June 2019 Market Update

LET THE NUMBERS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

June numbers arrived recently from the REBGV Stats Centre and here is what we are noting in our most popular custom home locations:

- Relative to the previous June, median sales price hasn’t changed much. It has however increased slights from this past May. Listings remained relatively the same and sales have increased from last year, while again remaining at the same levels as last May. It shows us that the Spring market is still lingering… Burnaby is definitely experiencing a well-balanced market.

- The greatest change in North Vancouver is the number of sales, both from the previous month and previous June. Both have decreased. Why aren’t people buying in this vibrant city you wonder? Feel free to give us a call so we can explain.

- Oh, Vancouver! The median sales price has also increased in this city from the previous month. The amount of inventory is holding steady, but just like North Vancouver experienced, sales are down from May 2019 and June 2018.
