April 2019 Market Update

April numbers are officially in from the REBGV Stats Centre and here is what we are noting in our most popular custom home locations:

- Burnaby prices are down from last year’s April, but holding steady relative to last month. Sales are up from last month so it looks like people are catching on and realizing the great buying opportunities there! 

- North Vancouver prices are trending in the opposite direction. They are both up, relative to last month and last April. But sales are slightly down making it an opportune time to buy in this market as well! Have you seen our community in North Vancouver yet? There are some great view properties available for your picking!!

- The year-to-year of Vancouver listings and sales may have steadily dropped, but overall, those numbers are an improvement from last month’s statistics. What do we think? It looks like people are buckling down and making a move in this market place as well!
