Take a stroll through the mother nature or enjoy the many creations of human nature while taking part in some of the festivities that are planned for families and adults of all ages.

Look forward to when the salmon come home. One of the perks of living close to a fish hatchery or a salmon bearing river, is being able to witness these large speckled fish swim home. This family event at Hoy Lake hatchery includes a salmon demonstration, a fishing prize pond, children performer, face painting and this year it will also include the unveiling of a mural by artist Patricia Gaspar.
